Event 7th Annual 5K Run/Walk with the Huskies
Description

We will hold our 7th Annual 5k Run-Walk & FREE 1 mile fun-accessible walk for all starting at Phil Welch Stadium along the southwest parkway in St. Joseph. Zumba warm-up also Free & provided by certified zumba instructors through McCarthy Fitness. While the cost of the 5K is $25 prior to 20th, the 1 mile accessible walk & Zumba are FREE to everyone wanting to get physically active & have fun! It is for all ages & fitness levels. The 5k will have chip timing for those wanting to enter competitively & be eligible for awards. In addition, there will be free children's activities including accessible games, music & healthy refreshments. Come out & have fun! You will be providing support to students ages 5 to 21 with significant developmental disabilities in St. Joseph & surrounding northwest counties. We believe that no matter the level of disability that all children can learn, a person is more than his or her disability, and everyone has the right to be treated with dignity and respect. Description

Grace Evangelical Church will be hosting it's annual golf tournament to benefit the Noyes Home. There are two tee times, 7 a.m. and 1 p.m. Sign up a team or sponsor a hole! Lunch/Dinner provided and we will be having a silent auction. There will be gift bags and free sodas, water, tea, lemonade and snacks provided. We will be golfing at Fairview Golf Course.
