Event Living a Healthy Life

Living a Healthy Life is an evidence-based self-management program developed at Stanford University. The course is designed to give those living with a chronic condition the skills and information to manage their own health on a daily basis, and live their life with the greatest possible physical potential. The program is designed to complement services provided by your health-care provider. This is a free class that will be held once a week for six consecutive weeks.

Diabetes Self-Management is a program for people with Type 2 Diabetes which teaches skills useful for self-managing symptoms such as stress, pain, fatique and hyper/hypoglycemia. This program was developed at Stanford University and complements services provided by your physician or health-care provider. This workshop will be held for two hours per week for six weeks. This FREE program is sponsored by Arthritis Community Services.
