Living a Healthy Life is an evidence-based self-management program developed at Stanford University. The course is designed to give those living with a chronic condition the skills and information to manage their own health care and live their life with the greatest possible physical potential. The program is designed to complement services provided by your health-care provider. This is a free class that will be held once a week for six consecutive weeks.

Diabetes Self-Management is a program for people with Type 2 Diabetes which teaches skills useful for self-managing symptoms such as stress, pain, fatique and hyper/hypoglycemia. This program was developed at Stanford University and complements services provided by your physician or health-care provider. This workshop will be held for two hours per week for six weeks. This FREE program is sponsored by Arthritis Community Services.
