Shoal Creek Exercise Class Registration
Core and More - This fast-paced class targets those important core muscles that stabilize the torso. A variety of tools are used to create balance and challenge the muscles to improve strength, endurance and function.
Tone and Sculpt - Resistance training to target the major muscles including legs, glutes, chest, middle/upper back, shoulders and arms, improving strength and definition.
Boot Camp - High energy workout that burns fat by incorporating cardio bursts, agility and plyometrics/jumping to rev up metabolism and resistance training to tone and build muscles of the entire body.
Yoga - This hatha yoga class is appropriate for all skill levels. It combines breathing and postures that will leave you feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. Find out first-hand the strength, flexibility and balance that can be gained through yoga. Mats will be provided, or you are welcome to bring your own!
