Brady Dubois was named president of Mosaic Life Care Medical Center in 2015. As president, Dubois continues the organization’s focus on clinical quality, safety and operational excellence across the medical center care continuum.
Mr. Dubois’ professional career began at DeTar Hospital in Victoria, Tex. as a recreational therapist before advancing to on-site administrator. He then accepted a Commission in the U.S. Navy as a medical service corps officer, serving seven years in active duty including tours in Iraq. Dubois then returned to civilian life to become the assistant administrator for Lake Norman Regional Medical Center. In 2009, he joined the team at Weatherford Regional Medical Center and in 2011 became CEO of Northern Louisiana Medical Center (NLMC).
A Magna Cum Laude graduate of Southwest Texas State University with a Bachelor of Science in Recreation Administration, Dubois also holds a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Houston – Victoria. He is also nationally certified as a Therapeutic Recreation Specialist (CTRS).
