Bio

Dr. Chyatte is a neurosurgeon at Mosaic Life Care at St. Joseph, Neurosurgery and is certified by the American Board of Neurological Surgery. He treats back and neck pain, spinal and brain trauma and brain and spine tumors. Dr. Chyatte also sees patients for peripheral nerve issues, such as carpal tunnel and ulnar neuropathy.

“What’s most important to me is the concept that the patient comes first,” said Dr. Chyatte. “I try to spend time with the patients in clinic to really understand what they’re about and what their problems are about. When we put together a treatment plan, I spend time executing that treatment plan as well.”

Dr. Chyatte graduated from Northwestern University in Chicago, Ill. He completed a pediatric internship at the University of Colorado in Aurora, Colo. Dr. Chyatte went on to Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minn., for a residency in neurosurgery followed by a neurovascular fellowship at Newcastle General Hospital in England.
