Dawson, Peter A, MD

Bio

Why did you choose to become a physician, nurse practitioner, or physician assistant?

I’ve always been fascinated by the human body and how modern science and exercise can affect it. I also enjoy meeting people and developing relationships. As a physician, I have the opportunity to foster these interests while positively impacting the lives of others.

Why did you choose Mosaic Life Care?

Choosing Mosaic Life Care was easy; it was a perfect fit for me. By coming here, I am close to my family, I am able to practice sports medicine and rehab medicine, the people in my department are great, and the employee satisfaction here is super high.

What do you consider to be the most unique thing about yourself?

I am a huge Nebraska Cornhuskers fan. Nebraska was the only college I applied to, I always knew I would go there. Since college, I have continued to follow all of the University of Nebraska athletics, even the more obscure sports.
