Mosaic provides rural primary care clinics in Missouri (Albany, Bethany, Cameron, Grant City, New Hampton, Savannah, St. Joseph, Stanberry, Trenton, Maryville) and Kansas (Atchison, Hiawatha, Sabetha, Troy). Patients also have a new and robust patient portal powered by Epic’s MyChart.
